When you submit a booking request through this website, we collect: your first name, last name, email address, and phone number. You may also optionally provide a preferred date, time, bed preference, and a short message.

We do not collect payment card information through this website.

We collect this data solely to respond to your booking request and confirm your session. The lawful basis for processing is your consent, given via the checkbox on the booking form.

How we use it

Your details are used to confirm your booking by email and to contact you if we need to rearrange. We do not use your data for marketing purposes unless you separately give us permission. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

Who we share it with

To deliver this service, your data passes through: Cloudflare (website hosting and form processing) and Resend (email delivery). Both are bound by appropriate data processing agreements. No other third parties receive your data.

How long we keep it

Booking enquiry data is retained for 12 months from the date of your enquiry, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email info@love-tan.co.uk.
