Age restriction

You must be 18 or over to use UV tanning equipment at Love Tan. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, if you appear under 25, we will ask for photo ID (passport, driving licence, or PASS card). We reserve the right to refuse service without valid ID. No exceptions will be made.

Health and safety

Do not use a sunbed if you are pregnant, have a photosensitive skin condition, are taking medication that increases sensitivity to UV light, or have been advised by a doctor to avoid UV exposure. If in doubt, consult your GP before your session. Love Tan accepts no liability for adverse reactions where a relevant health condition has not been disclosed.

Bookings and walk-ins

Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled by calling 01925 359285. We ask for at least 2 hours' notice where possible.

Tanning courses

Tanning courses must be used within 4 months of the purchase date. Minutes remaining after this period will expire and are non-refundable. Course minutes are personal and non-transferable, they cannot be used by a different person.

In exceptional circumstances (pregnancy, medical reasons), minutes may be paused at management's discretion. Contact us at info@love-tan.co.uk to discuss.

VIP Unlimited

VIP Unlimited is a monthly rolling subscription providing unlimited sessions during the subscription period. It can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. Sessions are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be refunded for unused periods within a monthly cycle.

No-show policy

Course holders who book a session and do not attend without prior cancellation will lose those session minutes. We will make every reasonable effort to contact you in advance.

Conduct

We expect all customers to treat our staff with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone behaving in an abusive, threatening, or unreasonable manner, without refund.

Liability

Love Tan's liability is limited to the value of the service purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from use of our services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
